1. What are your delivery times?

Orders are carefully processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within Canada and the United States. In total, most customers receive their order within 5–12 business days from the date of purchase.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States.

3. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

4. Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be in processing and changes may no longer be possible.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order will already be prepared for shipment. If you still wish to return the item after receiving it, you may do so according to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Are there items that cannot be returned?

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions (eligible for store credit only)

8. Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

9. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days, depending on your bank.

10. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. Our team will gladly arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.
